Ultris, a brand and portfolio previously created by Accend’s principals, acquired nearly 2,800 units in military communities throughout the country in 2014. Approximately $410 million invested in Class A multifamily properties with histories of strong performance and tenant appeal. The properties in the portfolio were built between 2001 and 2013 and were among the best apartments in their respective markets.
